A countdown timer shaped like a pie. It shrinks as time runs out, so one glance tells you how long is left. Set your own hours to start.
Free to use, with no account needed. If you do sign in, that's free too, and needs no card.
Unofficial agenda from the organiser's program. Times can change on the day.
Nothing coming up.
Add a meeting or appointment and the pie counts down here up to three times, one after another:
| Day | Start time | Lunch | End of Day |
|---|
Live — updates every second. No refresh needed.
Set your start, lunch and finish for each day. Untick a day to mark that day as time off. Each day of the week then shows a different word for freedom.
| Working | Day | Start time | Lunch | Head Home | End of Day | Head Home |
|---|
Up to 6 breaks a day. Lunch is also the Lunch column in the table.
Copies the whole day: its times, its Head Home ticks, and whether it's a working day.
Changes save automatically.
Anything with a fixed time — a meeting, a call, a pickup. The next one counts down on the Dashboard.
No appointments yet.
Nothing that day.
Connect a calendar and your meetings appear here on their own. Works with Google, Outlook, iCloud and anything else that publishes an iCal address.
One click. We ask only for permission to read your calendar — nothing can be changed or deleted. Google will ask which account, which does not have to be the one you signed in with.
If your workplace blocks connecting apps to your calendar, a private iCal address usually still works. In Google Calendar the address is under Settings → your calendar → Secret address in iCal format; in Outlook, Settings → Calendar → Shared calendars → Publish a calendar. Treat that address like a password — anyone holding a copy can read your calendar.
Treat this address like a password — anyone holding a copy can read that calendar. The address is never shown again once saved, and only the sync server can read the value back. You can revoke access at any time from your calendar provider, which immediately makes the old address useless.
Enter a target time and see the remaining time count down live.
